Format & training topics

The twelve modules (between 4.5-6 hours each) described below allow for exploration of topics to help unpack and identify areas of need and strength within an organizational structure. Participants are expected to complete all modules.

Meeting Dates

Start dates will be announced. Cohort will meet (virtually) on the 1st Wednesday of every month starting later in Spring/early Summer 2021 from 10 AM – 3:30 PM  (NOTE: Sessions are listed as 4.5 hours, but some sessions may be extended to 6 hours (with cohort approval) All meetings will be virtual and online.


Participation and Pricing

OC Together: reStructure is ideal for organizations that are ready to start their journey toward a more equitable workplace. Participants are expected to attend on behalf of an organization and will ideally have responsibility and support for driving their organization’s efforts.

Businesses, institutions of higher education or large nonprofits (budgets over $10 million) are invited to send up to 2 representatives to the training cohort.

Two levels of pricing include the following, in addition to membership benefits as part of OC Together (See Why Join OC Together and What is OC Together):

1. Champions ($25,000)

  • are entitled to send 2 participants to an OC Together: reStructure training cohort
  • also includes 2 additional DEI trainings offered to a larger number of employees (in lieu of 2 trainings, organization can sponsor a non-profit to attend the non-profit cohort)
  • Additional details and benefits for businesses/large organizations participating in OC Together is available in our brochure.

2. Practitioners ($15,000)

  • are entitled to send 2 participants to an OC Together: reStructure training cohort
  • receive a 20% discount on DEI trainings for a larger number of employees
  • Additional details and benefits for businesses/large organizations participating in OC Together is available in our brochure.
